- A few examples with the singular which one can find at books.google:
- "Die Lasagne war im Ofen. [...] Die Lasagne war fertig."
- "Die Lasagne war großartig."
- "Die Lasagne war richtig gut."
- The singular can also be heared in the audio play Garfield (that quite famous fat cat). In the episode "Eine Lasagne kommt selten allein!", it is "Eine Lasagne, bitte." and "meine Lasagne".
- As for the example "hat sich Lasagne bestellt": google only has a few results for it, but well, same is true for "hat sich eine Lasagne bestellt" and "hat sich Fisch bestellt". But one can say "er hat sich Fisch bestellt". In this sentence, Fisch obviously is in the singular (the plural is Fische) and used without article. I guess one can compare this usage with the usage of Stoffnamen (material names or nouns), like with Wasser in "Wasser ist eine Flüssigkeit". There Wasser is a Stoffname, in the singular and used without article.
- Anyhow, Lasagne is not a pluratiivi (plurale tantum), but it is "nominative singular (die) Lasagne, genitive singular (der) Lasagne, nominative plural (die) Lasagnen, feminine".
